General Operative - Sample Reception and Punching

This is a General Operative position based in Naas, Co. Kildare. This is a 12 week temporary contract with a potential of extension.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands on laboratory experience.

Start Date: January/February 2026

Key Responsibilities:

• BVD sample reception and sample preparation.
• Comply with the requirement of all internal procedures and training.
• Complete all day to day activities as allocated by the laboratory manager or supervisor.
• Maintain the paperwork to high standard.

Requirements:

• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate ability to pay attention to detail.
• Ability to demonstrate working as a team member as well as individually.
• Meet set targets & deadlines.
• Have basic computer skills.
• Have excellent oral and written English skills.
