Oversee an exciting Digital deployment as the Senior Change and Transformation Manager and contribute to a business critical integration.
Our Client is currently going through the global deployment of a new Digital Asset and content management technology and look to engage a strong Senior Change/Transformation Manager for an initial 12 month daily rate Contract.
We're keen to speak with candidates who have overseen Digital Transformations, we're not getting specific with technical requirements because there's an established team there to oversee that, your role is delivery focused.
You'll ultimately make the integration of this new system happen; support leadership and their teams to build an understanding of the new systems/processes & business model, adopt the new ways of working, learn the new system and develop the critical skills required to achieve all the associated business benefits.
In selecting the successful candidate we will be identifying someone with a depth of Change and Project Management skills. A very strong communicator who can empathise with stakeholders, manage their expectations and influence where required.
This Senior position offers a strong daily rate for a 12 month Contract, as a key hire for the Business Transformation project. Operating withing a global team this position offers remote working so is open on location in Europe.
