Sales Development Representative, Cloud Solutions, UKI

As a Digital Transformation enabler and a Cloud Solution Provider we exists to ensure our customers remain relevant, competitive, and agile through the adoption of cloud computing.

As we build our global sales organization and create demand via our global marketing functions, we are soliciting the support of Sales Development Representatives to capture qualified leads and partner with our global sales team to convert these to real opportunities.

Our SDR team goal is to deliver a steady flow of qualified meetings for the global sales team. In order to do so, you will reach out to qualified leads using various channels (email, video, voice) and creative approaches that will result in a meeting with our expert sales team members.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, experienced SDR to join a rapidly expanding sales team at the beginning of its journey. You will have an opportunity to shape all aspects of this function, deliver clear impact on the growth trajectory and progress quickly as the team grows.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver on monthly target of Sales Qualified Leads (SQL).
  • Creative and personalized outbound prospecting to various business & technology leaders & personas via multiple channels (phone, social media, email, videos, voice messages) to engage 40+ outbound contacts each day.
  • Schedule meetings with our Cloud Solution Sales team by;
  • Responding to inbound leads and qualify them through the initial stages of the pipeline
  • Executing on outbound prospecting to qualifying leads to demonstration of value based on customer data
  • Be up-to-date with the latest sales & marketing campaigns and ABM initiatives relevant for your market
  • Log activity consistently and reliably in the CRM system

Requirements

* 1-3 years of experience as an SDR at a Cloud technology company.
Proven record leveraging video as hook to engage prospects.
Very well-articulated both verbally and in writing.
* Working knowledge of sales, automation and prospecting tools - Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, Hubspot, Linkedin.
* Consistently meet and exceed quota (on activities such as; meetings booked, campaigns responses, calls, qualified opportunities, etc.)
* Strong capacity to articulate the industry-specific value proposition
* A deep sense of personal responsibility and natural curiosity
