100% Remote role from within the ROI. Contract position for 11 months with a Global tech company. 5+ years of L&D Programme Management experience required.
This position will partner with our Enterprise Support Operations team to help evolve and execute on a strategy for how we develop and enable our global organization and ensure that we continuously align business priorities with the performance expectations of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for tech and for developing individual performance by building innovative learning solutions. This is a contract position.
; Conduct learning needs analysis to assess the state of the business, identify key performance indicators, and identify skills/knowledge gaps
; Design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning solutions in close partnership with Subject Matter Experts, Learning Experience Design, and Learning Operations teams
; Closely partner with, build, and sustain relationships with leaders to gain a deep understanding of business goals and priorities to make informed, data-driven decisions about building learning opportunities
; Develop and maintain a network of strategic relationships across key stakeholders
; Architect innovative and agile learning solutions to help our global employees grow and thrive
; Define and document performance enablement recommendations; present, gather feedback, and revise accordingly
; Serve as an advocate for the learner by organizing audience research to inform design and determine outcomes, reviewing learning data provided by the Learning Operations team; and applying actionable insights to potential learning and performance enablement solutions
; BA/BS degree in Learning & Development, Education, Instructional Design, or other related field
; 5+ years working experience within Learning & Development, Onboarding, Employee Experience, etc.
; Demonstrated experience using the ADDIE content development model, adult learning theories, and instructional design methodologies to build effective learning solutions
; Demonstrated experience building learning solutions using a variety of modalities and emerging tools, including eLearning authoring tool Articulate Rise
; Demonstrated experience in learning project management and running strategic projects with global, cross-functional teams
; Demonstrated experience analyzing performance needs and trends, using data to build solutions/make recommendations that enable increased on the job performance, leading to decreased time to proficiency
; Demonstrated experience communicating effectively with a variety of audiences, including executive leadership, and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously to synthesize ideas and learning program feedback
; Demonstrated experience facilitating in both virtual and live classroom environments
; Demonstrated experience championing company culture
; Demonstrated experience developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for learning programs
; Demonstrated experience defining and establishing program Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
; Demonstrated experience analyzing learning data/trends to drive improvements to learning experiences
; Self-starter, capable of working independently and as part of a global, cross-functional team and working with all levels
; Demonstrated experience with program management
