A role has come available for a highly experienced individual, to join an expanding company in Kerry as a GRC Security Risk Business Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all assigned related projects are handled in a timely manner and detailed testing and implementation plans are created by working closely with SMEs.
The BM also will define and document project requirements.
Manage the project management and SDLC cycles of GRC tool implementation.
Develop project presentations for status reporting, negotiations, and decision making.
Develop, maintain, and generate reports for projects, process support, application support, internal training, project expenses, and department initiatives.
Analyze, document, and communicate requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
Map complex processes including control points, key data and reporting elements, process training documentation and system interfaces.
Create, maintain and execute required test case scenarios.
Participate in technical reviews to ensure project goals are maintained.
Required skills and experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security or a related field.
5-7 years of Project Management experience preferably in a financial services environment.
Manage the project management and SDLC cycles of GRC tool implementation;
Plan and manage the delivery of strategic, critical and cross-functional GRC related projects;
Possess hands-on experience of using project management tools.
PMP certification preferred, any other related Project Management certifications a plus.
