Accounts Assistant-Part Qualified Accountant-Dublin West
A leading organisation in the automotive industry is seeking an Accounts Assistant/Part Qualified Accountant to join its finance team to gain hands on experience in all areas of their Irish finance function.
This role that offers comprehensive, hands-on exposure across month-end reporting, revenue reconciliation, and audit support. Working closely alongside senior leadership and key stakeholders, you will receive dedicated coaching while playing a vital role in driving core financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily and monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and cash movements.
- Preform revenue reconciliations, analysis, and integration.
- Assist with the comprehensive month end close process.
- Post journals accurately to the ledger.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for review by the senior financial accountant.
- Assist in the accurate and timely production of monthly and annual management accounts.
- Engage and collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the finance team in working with internal and external auditors.
- Provide operational support for the AP and AR functions as required.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting to support business needs.
What You'll Need:
- Minimum of 3+ years of solid accounting experience, automotive industry advantageous.
- Part qualified accountant advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication skill paired with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience managing and supporting the month end closing actives: journals, ledger postings, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Confident, enthusiastic and approachable interpersonal demeanour.
- Previous experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders is advantageous.
- Knowledge of SAP advantageous.
