Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Supply chain analyst to join a global FMCG company experiencing a rapid growth phase, providing an opportunity to work with key stakeholders across the business

This is an exciting opportunity for a Supply chain analyst to join a global FMCG company experiencing a rapid growth phase. The role provides an opportunity to gain exposure to key areas of the business as they contiue to expand globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages stock for Ireland
  • Analyses and responds appropriately to queries from customers via telephone and e-mail, working towards first-case resolution
  • Deal regularly with Brands Supply Chain teams to ensure OTIF is met for orders
  • Updates the Sales team and customers of any relevant information such price changes, order/production issues ensuring this is done as timely as possible
  • Daily invoicing and email correspondence with customers with regards to PFI, invoice and shipping documentation
  • Provide after-sales service (credit/debit notes) in line with Claims & Returns procedure while tracking incidents under 3PLs' responsibility
  • Process daily purchase orders and stock receipts within multiple warehouses as driven Supply Chain Controller's inventory plan
  • Create and maintain Customer & Material Master Data including pricelist uploading and maintenance
  • Provide clear and comprehensive reports as requested by Supply Chain Controller (order status, stock situation, delivery schedule etc)
  • Provide support on key distribution projects as required
  • Any other duties as requested to support the development of the team and department

Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience of Customer Service within the FMCG industry
  • Good working experience of SAP
  • Understanding of Supply Chain processes, Planning and Forecasting processes
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
