Job Description

Currently hiring for an office administrator for a Dublin based client. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to move up in their administrative career.

*This is a 12 months contract*

*Hybrid Role*

It is based in the client's executive office which looks after all the divisions in the company. As an office administrator in the executive office, you will be focusing on internal communications, employee engagement and administration.

Day to day responsibilities:
Working closely with the Internal Communications Coordinator, the main responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Administrative support for the Executive Office
  • Management of cross-divisional Communications Calendar & BAU communications
  • Scheduling, coordinating and production of monthly internal events & webinars, including preparation of content
  • Development, implementation and tracking of internal communications activities
  • Management of Internal Communication mailbox, responding to queries etc.
  • Development of Executive Office processes and procedures
  • Assisting with the procurement of supports and services related to Executive Office activities
  • Preparation and delivery of updates, reports and presentations on initiatives
  • All other duties as required

Essential Requirements:

  • A minimum of four years' relevant and satisfactory experience of working in a busy office environment.
  • Ability to work independently, with initiative with strong multitasking capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced level MS Office experience - particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Working experience of MS Teams and/or similar shared platforms is required plus a proven aptitude to pick up other software quickly
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and good numerical and analytical skills
  • Experience of working with diverse teams
  • Experience of undertaking and effectively managing a significant workload, including the management of concurrent departmental projects
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of, or the ability to quickly learn, the public sector working environment
  • Fluency in the English language, both written and oral
