This leading financial services company is looking for a skilled and dynamic Senior Marketing Communications Manager to join their team. The Marketing and Communications team is responsible for content marketing, event management, media relations, internal communications, marketing, social media and community affairs.
This varied role requires a creative, collaborative individual with the ability to understand business strategy, advise key stakeholders, and plan and direct marketing efforts, aspects of which will include messaging and content development, and event management.
Work collaboratively to identify and understand the brand challenges and future opportunities for growth and positioning.
Develop and implement Marketing Communications plans.
Create and implement marketing campaigns, managing content creation, advertising, video and social media campaigns in collaboration with external partners.
Manage and coordinate content marketing and communications activities.
Complex stakeholder management.
Coordinate and manage events and thought leadership initiatives.
Collaboratively work on other key brand initiatives including sustainability and employee engagement
7+ years of experience in a corporate communications position, with an emphasis on b2b/professional services marketing communications experience.
Third level degree in business, communications, PR, journalism, digital marketing or related disciplines.
Strong interest, understanding and experience in financial services.
Skilled in repurposing content for digital channels and driving engagement.
Excellent communication skills and writing/editing capabilities.
