Job Description

Senior Auditor - Program Management

This is an exciting opportunity with a global financial institution based in Dublin City Centre.

They are looking for a senior auditor with experience managing large and complex programs. The successful candidate will lead a small team in conducing audits and assessments of the firm's risk and control environments and be involved in evaluating the programs governance, risks and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of internal auditors and complete audits within deadlines
  • Asses and monitor emerging risks and recommend solutions to these risks
  • Actively contribute to the development of automation to assist in audit testing
  • Provide coaching to audit staff and act as a mentor
  • Draft audit reports and present recommendations to the business
  • Present to senior stakeholders across the firm and recommend solutions to issues around risks and controls
  • Ensure all decisions being made are in line with the firms internal and external policies

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience
  • ACA or ACCA qualifications are desirable
  • Able to review large and complex programs
  • Experience communicating review results with senior stakeholders
  • Having Project Management certification (PMI, PRINCE 2) would be a plus
