Project Change Manager working with IT/Business services teams on improving internal processes, project delivery and PMO governance
You will provide project management support to clients to support planning, tracking and reporting of non-trial related activities (progress updates, timelines, budgets and monthly reporting)
You will provide regular and frequent communication to senior franchise stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment of non-trial activities
You will provide process improvements with Client and PLS team, bringing critical thinking to ensure best in class budget planning, tracking, analysis and project management processes
You will be customer driven and customer focused
Ensure that correct PMO governance and change management practises are adhered to
Improve collaboration and relationships with internal stakeholders
Strong project management skills: Excellent planning, tracking and analytical skills Well-organized, with attention to detail and excellent time management with respect to priorities.
Implement, coordinate and maintain monthly reporting with agreed metrics, value add commentary and analysis for medical and financial stakeholders e.g. Operational & financial metrics report, evidence dissemination analysis.
Ideally you will be Prince2 or PMP certified and have worked with Primavera P6
You should be proficient with MS WORD/PowerPoint/Visio/Microsoft Project to create documents and presentations.
