Job Description
Our client, a leading global tech multinational, is looking for a Project Manager with 4-8 years of experience managing projects related to product marketing strategy and Sales Activations
Please note this is a contract role with Hyrbid working (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday onsite in DCC
Role:
- Deliver full pieces of program plans, timelines, and tracking documents of moderate to high complexity and scope that are integrated into overarching program management objectives, with minimal assistance.
- Develop and curate project, program, and portfolio management methodologies from best practices, processes, and tools.
- Plan and execute prioritised program work including selecting appropriate methods to most effectively achieve program objectives.
- Independently identify and recommend creative ways to improve on solutions to defined problems via selection of better methods/tools.
- Address commonly escalated issues or triage when required, in a timely manner.
- Anticipate challenges through evaluation and analysis of data and business needs.
- Work within one or more teams to communicate knowledge related to a broad set of tasks.
- Understand and identify key stakeholders and what is needed from them to drive programs forward.Influence stakeholders at varying levels, including senior leaders when building networks and contribute to cross-team collaboration.
- Coordinate timelines, goals, and objectives for assigned component(s) of a program.
- Exchange information and best practices with the team, helping to maximise efficiency and reduce rework.
- Create and inform team members of new process improvements within the project.
- Partner with and support cross-functional teams and stakeholders with minimal guidance.
- Support the development of strategic programs; act as an authority in the domain to facilitate the leadership team on making decisions to defined problems with multiple solutions to move product/program excellence forward
- Establish key program metrics based on technical or program needs; manage cross-functional teams and drive action to ensure program success; develop, delegate, and lead corrective actions to address organisational challenges with minimal guidance.
- Identify, collect and track key metrics for program or project impact, including program/project participation and success with minimal guidance, leveraging metrics to drive results.Goal identification.
- Create project roadmaps with minimal guidance and use them to manage stakeholder expectations, as well as for communicating plans and coordinating resources.
- Monitor progress on OKRs with the organisational/executive leadership team.
- Establish and track processes in collaboration with stakeholders, hold stakeholders/own teams accountable for following the established processes.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in program/project management and multi-level communication (e.g., executives, peers, managers, and staff) with demonstrable stakeholder management experience. 4 years of experience in Marketing Strategy, Digital Product Strategy, Product Marketing Management, or Management Consulting.
- Excellent demonstrable written and verbal executive level communication skills with the ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks/documents to support a position.
