Job Description

We are looking for a fluent German speaker with 1 year of Customer/ Tech Support experience, for an excellent opportunity to work with a large Multinational Company in Dublin.

Job Title: Product Support Specialist -German

Salary: 40,000€ base

Languages: German

Location: Dublin 2

Type of Role: Permanent, Full Time

The opportunity:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Product Support Specialist, fluent in German, to work for a continuously growing multinational SaaS company operating in the Computer Software Industry.

The Role:

  • Effectively resolve a high volume of customer enquiries via email, live chat,

  • phone and screen sharing in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Monitor and respond to user-reported issues as well as infrastructure alerts

  • promptly and professionally, and ensure issues are tracked through to resolution.

  • Proactively identify improvements to the product, isolate and reproduce bugs

  • and otherwise determine high-impact opportunities to enhance the customer

  • experience.

  • Come up with alternate or unique solutions based on best practices for technical

  • scenarios to help clients achieve their goals and help them to utilize the

  • platform.

  • Work collaboratively with development teams to drive stability, operational excellence, and

  • a culture of efficiency.

  • Enhance customer experience of our clients through timely and thoughtful responses.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and German.

  • 1-2 years of experience with front-end, real-time customer service -specifically with SaaS solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Ability to efficiently manage time in order to respond to a significant number of emails, live chats and phone calls per day and produce high quality answers.

  • A passion for providing support to customers and clients.

  • A self-motivated, curious and proactive team player mindset.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a high volume role.

  • Prior experience in software/technical support is a plus.

  • Ability and desire to work from 10am-6pm GMT hours.
