This is an excellent opportunity with a global company based in Dublin for an experienced Content and Communications Specialist

Title: Mobile Content and Communications Specialist

Type: Perm

Salary: Competitive

Location: Dublin

Reporting to: Digital Content Manager

Team: Digital Content Team

The opportunity:

The ideal candidate will work to maximise the commercial impact of content and optimise user experience on mobile apps.

This will be achieved through research, analysis, planning, writing, building, editing, distributing, managing and monitoring mobile content.

The aim would be to maintain and deliver mobile app content that increases engagement, usefulness and commercial effectiveness of the channel via mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting all aspects of mobile engagement, retention and commercialisation via in-app messages, content and push notifications.
  • Building valuable relationships with App customers through relevant, and contextual customer experiences.
  • Improving purpose, production, delivery, measurement and re-use of relevant content and creating new App content..
  • Perform regular App audits, create and understand internal reports, policy change implementation, and user feedback to improve the content.
  • Boost brand awareness and user engagement.
  • Deliver engaging digital media materials including graphics, banners, campaign specific content and visualisations.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role
  • A third level qualification in a relevant digital or technology field
  • Proficient in Adobe design software with excellent multimedia, design and photo editing skills
  • Strong writing, editing and sub-editing skills, with the ability to present varying types of content articulately and objectively, specifically for App
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, make informed decisions quickly, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
