Morgan McKinley is working exclusively with our client, a leader in telecommunications. We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to address potential sales to small and medium enterprises. The role holder will demonstrate an ability to work independently in building and maintaining a sales pipeline.
To source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and lead generation
To position the company front of mind for businesses when choosing, discussing or reviewing telecom requirements
To proactively contact key decision makers (Telephone / Email / Video Call)
Present high level business proposals to potential customers at senior level
To actively participate in the achievement of Broadband and Mobile sales targets
To utilise customer engagement and update CRM to grow the businesses customer base
Organise paperwork and posting of customer orders
To identify customer requirements whether mobile, fixed or both
Knowledge and Experience
Previous experience working in a busy direct sales environment.
Knowledge of telecommunications industry a plus, mobile in particular.
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding defined sales targets.
Ability to work independently and hunt your own sales leads.
Comfortable presenting at senior level to business customers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work well with others as part of a newly established sales team.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong skills in profiling, planning, organisation and problem solving.
