HR- Social Impact Manager

Location: Dublin

Salary: €50,000- €55,000

The role:

  • Lead the design, development and implementation of the Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging strategy across the organisation
  • Manage social impact initiatives within the business and liaise with stakeholders to help promote the various activities
  • Establish, measure, and report on performance indicators that demonstrate progress against environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) objectives and make recommendations
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate and timely Gender Pay Gap reporting using our internal HR systems
  • Assisting in co-ordinating fundraising activities
  • Monitoring and reporting on employee labour practices
  • Provide expertise on human rights issues
  • Champion and drive the recruitment strategy for organisation
  • Influence the social economic community development process and improvements

About you:

  • 3-5 years' experience operating at a senior level with a track record of successfully defining a Social Impact strategy as part of a business
  • Third level qualification in Sustainability or Diversity & Inclusion preferred
  • Proven success in delivering on Social Impact Projects
  • A breadth and depth of social responsibility experience within the community, environment, employee and customer proposition
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and have a genuine passion for D&I.
  • Strong aptitude for data gathering and analytics
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Practical approach to planning, organising and implementation of initiatives
  • Working knowledge of employment legislation
