Job Description
An exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a strong team and get an insight into all things HR. This role is a permanent role, on a hybrid basis, office is Based in Dublin City.
Our client is looking for a HR & Recruitment Administrator to join their HR Team for a candidate who has 2+ years HR and recruitment experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
HR Administration
- Manage and co-ordinate on-boarding and off-boarding
- Ensure smooth operational practices for all HR initiatives
- Support strong communication that is transparent and positive
- Obtain, collate, and file all employee information, ensure all paperwork required is completed prior to the employee start date
- Provide HR advice and guidance to employees throughout all stages of the employee life cycle,
- Maintain and update HRIS and other databases
- Maintain accurate contractual records for personnel such as contracts, job descriptions, extension letters, salaries and any other relevant employee documentation and information
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR related metrics and topics as required.
Recruitment
- Assist the hiring managers on recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment cycle
- Partner with hiring managers and the HR team to deliver a high-quality recruitment service
- Take part in interviews with candidates and send out assessments when required for the role
- Ensure that the Applicant Tracking System is kept up to date as roles progress through the hiring lifecycle
- Ensure that hires are communicated in a timely manner to the team the HR team.
Required Knowledge & Skills
- 2+ years HR and recruitment experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- A CIPD accredited is desirable
- Degree in HR, Business or related field, preferred
- Understanding of employment legislation
- Experience running recruitment campaigns/processes
- Strong organisational skills with ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- Strong communication both verbal and written

- Technology fluent with excellent computer literacy and experience using HR systems.
