About the role:

This role is with a membership body across Ireland and internationally. They provide support to a large body who provide a wide range of support to those in the financial services sector.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Project Lead to join the team. The HR Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development.

· Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

· Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

· Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project timelines to ensure successful implementation of HR initiatives.

· Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

· Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, key milestones, and performance metrics.

· Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes, identify lessons learned, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

· Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to HR project management.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources would be benifical.

· Proven experience with previous HR projects, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

· Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and methodologies.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in project tools and software.
