Job Description

Exciting new challenge for a process driven HR & Payroll manager to work with a large Irish company

HR & Payroll Manager

Location: Dublin North ( Hybrid)

Salary: €55,000-65,000

The Role:

  • Deliver maximum revenue and profitability through effective management and review of SLAs
  • Increase the team's commercial awareness and understanding of Statement of Work and SLA obligations
  • Undertake a review of existing processes ensuring compliance, simplification and efficiencies are achieved
  • Give feedback on a regular basis through auditing, observation, team meetings, process improvement sessions, NPS feedback results etc
  • Passionate about improving service, compliance and productivity
  • Support the development of a continuous improvement culture
  • Be a custodian for GDRP ensuring it is constantly front of mind for all processes, procedures and systems
  • Own the risk register highlighting key risks, proposed solutions and/or mitigations

The Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience managing a busy HR Operations / Payroll / Recruitment team
  • Experience in data integrity and security with an understanding of GDPR requirements
  • Experience working within a shared service environment and knowledge of outsourced services
  • Commercial experience managing to contracted SLAs
  • Experience in processes improvement strategies
  • Passionate about improving service, compliance and productivity
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships and rapport with other team members
  • Proven ability and willingness to work in a dynamic and busy environment
  • Resilience and flexibility in approach
