HR Ops is a key team within our HR Department PeopleOps. This team creates simple and exceptional experiences at scale for employees and candidates by running 100+ operational services across 70+ countries with the ultimate goal of making HR easy and intuitive. Our global team optimizes people processes, from problem definition to execution, and we partner with teams across PeopleOps to bring innovation and technology to the way we attract, retain and grow our company worldwide.
Deliver above and beyond operational excellence, in line with assigned service targets, identifying opportunities to improve and scale in order to elevate Ops to a best-in-class standard
Resolve and prioritise complex or sensitive user issues through consultation with vendors and deep collaboration with Partner teams
Implement and execute on service delivery improvements and new process/scope changes, including outsourcing activities
Act as the voice of the user, surfacing relevant user feedback to Partner Teams
Collaborate on initiatives to address user needs, including consulting on content, process and policy improvements
Develop deep expertise in the systems supporting HR Ops service areas, troubleshooting day-to-day issues and consulting with partners on changes to systems infrastructure
Strong academic record and prefer 2 years of HR and customer experience
Solutions driven and client-service oriented with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Strong interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills
Superior verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work on time
Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to keep information confidential and commitment to produce high quality work
Efficiency and attention to detail is key
Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically
Excellent communication skills
Experience with human resource processes and/or systems
Spreadsheet and document software experience
Ability to effectively prioritize workload, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
Demonstrated communication, analytical and problem solving skills, combined with excellent business judgment
Ability to speak and write in another European language
