Role & Responsibilities:
Work closely with the CEO and the leadership team to support and deliver the company's strategic and tactical initiatives in accordance with roadmap for HR.
Build a robust and performing HR function and strengthen the capabilities of leadership through learning and development, coaching, leadership development, performance management, labour relations and talent management.
Responsible for overseeing the Company recruitment process ensuring including the adherenceto relevant Company policies such as D&I, F&P and key aspects of the recruitment process forthe business by liaising with relevant 3rd party agencies, candidates and internal stakeholders
Drive the Talent Mapping process to generate meaningful conversations regarding talent to determine capabilities required within the business function and identification of talent, succession and progression plans are put into action
Shape and execute the local talent management strategy and lead the ongoing support for people development, engagement and succession within the business.
Embed a culture of high performance, equip managers to address performance management issues and assist where necessary to ensure people are working to their full capacity and capability.
Drive a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging agenda in line with our company values.
Participate in and champion engagement initiatives across the business - care in the community, sports and social events, health and wellbeing, mental health champions etc.
Work closely with the leadership team on designated projects in line with the overall People &
Culture Strategic Agenda.
Lead and deliver key business cultural and change projects using strong stakeholder management and project management skills to embed success
Manage and provide oversight and robust control measures to internal HR processes and procedures in line with Company and group standards including GDPR, Data Protection and Retention Policies.
5 yrs + experience in a progressive HR Manager/Business Partner role in a fast-paced environment.
A third level qualification in Business, HR or related subject and CIPD membership.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and management skills with the ability to interact and influence effectively at all levels across the business and to get things done.
In-depth experience in the following HR competencies: employment legislation, talent management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, issue resolution frameworks, OD, engagement, and learning and development.
High accountability - owns outcomes and drives high quality results.
Strategic & analytical thinker, with strong problem-solving skills.
