Location: Dublin West ( Hybrid)
Salary: €45,000 + Excellent Benefits Package
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews in conjunction
with the line manager and ensuring recruitment is carried out with a consistent focus on "right
fit, right role".
Lead IR/ER cases with the support of the P&C team in line with company policies and
procedures to ensure consistency, fairness, and transparency across the business
Train and coach our managers in all the principles and tools of people management,
engagement, and recognition.
Gather and collate data on the performance management system (CONNECT) across all areas
of the business and provide reports and insights to the People & Culture team.
Participate in and champion engagement initiatives across the business - care in the
community, sports and social events, health and wellbeing, mental health champions etc.
Work with Payroll manager on updating and maintaining People & Culture payroll files
Be a trusted point of contact for all benefit providers and manage the associated administration
Work closely with the People & Culture Operations Manager on designated projects in line with
the overall People & Culture Strategic Agenda.
