Excellent opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join a multinational technology corporation setting up a new business entity in Dublin.

This is a permanent opportunity to work for a pioneering technology company who are globally recognized.

Be part of a core group of people setting up this new business entity with an initial 10-20 employees starting in the first 12-18 months.

Centrally based offices in Dublin.

Responsibilities:

  • The initial focus will be to help set up payroll, recruitment program, onboarding and offboarding and implement HR P&P
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and make recommendations, and implement appropriate changes
  • Ensure all HR information and documentation is up to date and compliant with legislation and company policy
  • Provide solutions focused advice to line managers on a range of ER issues (disciplinary / grievance / performance / policies / procedures)
  • Provide guidance to lines managers and coach on all aspects of people management and ensure a consistent approach across the practice
  • Influence the improvement of HR processes and systems to support high performance and drive inefficiencies out of the process
  • Play an active role in delivering HR projects across all business units
  • Lead on all internal and external HR audits
  • Respond to HR queries and provide full HR life-cycle support in an effective manner

Candidate profile:

  • Working knowledge of Irish Payroll and Irish PAYE system
  • 5+ years of HRBP work experience, preferably in high-tech/telecommunication industry
  • Strong employee relations experience and comprehensive knowledge of Irish employment legislation
  • Well-developed organizational, communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, change management, HR projects independently
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Suite
  • Eligible to work full time in Ireland with no restrictions
