As the Dublin team drives the growth of the business European operations whilst also supporting offices in Zurich and Frankfurt. In this newly created role, you will work closely with the senior management team in Ireland and the Legal team in the UK, delivering a wide range of services with a focus on regulatory and fund distribution work. The Company is keen to hear from qualified lawyers with between four to six years' PQE who have experience of the investment management industry or who have some corporate/banking experience and are interested in transferring their skills. They'll bring a commercial outlook and ideally knowledge of financial services regulations, along with the communication skills to successfully build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of our global business. Technical competence and high levels of accuracy go without saying, as well as the adaptability to be an effective part of a small, client-focused team. Candidates should also be comfortable working remotely from the main Legal team, using robust thinking and judgement to increasingly work autonomously.
The Company offer a competitive salary, as well as an excellent benefits package that includes a generous pension allowance, life assurance, and annual bonus. The Company also has an equal parental leave policy, that entitles all employees to 52 weeks' leave regardless of gender or length of service. Staff receive full pay for the first 26 weeks and half pay for a further 13 weeks.
