A market leading bank is looking for a Case Manager to join it's busy Mortgages ASU team on a short term contract basis.
Manage a portfolio of accounts through proactive and direct customer contact
Formulate and implement recovery and forbearance strategies, with a view to minimising risk and maximising return for the company, in accordance with current policies and with all relevant regulatory requirements
Support and assist with supervision requirements and act as an experienced point of contact & support for non-qualified colleagues
Actively support senior members of the team to ensure the team's objectives are achieved
Carry out important administrative support e.g. reports, letters and data capture / reports
Desired skills & competencies
APA Loans and Regulations; ideally fully qualified QFA
Minimum 1-3 year experience in a business banking, credit risk management or recoveries role
Excellent communication skills with an ability to motivate, influence and to interact professionally
Strong analytical skills and business acumen
Strong report writing and Excel skills
Strong organisational skills and an ability to juggle competing priorities
