Our client a leading multinational company with offices in Dublin are currently hiring for a Business Analyst to join their team.
This team manage small sales segment for advertising. It is a sales excellence team for this business group. The team is working on sales, change management, sales execution, budeting.
We are now looking for a Business Analyst to join the team in which their primary responsibility align with all of the above pillars.
Core Responsibilities :
Support key sales planning motions - Segmentation (customer), Book of Business, Quota
Engage with Sales Leaders.
Main stakeholders are sales excellent managers
Support development of local Data and BI requirements for key stakeholders - Sales, Services and Regional leader
Help set, maintain and evolve the Business Analytics roadmap. Determine the prioritization and workflows of business performance and analytic initiatives and reporting requests globally.
Participate in efforts to define Customer Lifetime Value, Cost-to-Serve, and RPM metrics.
Develop strong collaborative working relationships with Finance, CRM, Sales, Product, Service and Marketing teams to ensure strong delivery of high quality KPIs, metrics, scorecards, business, sales and marketing analytics.
Communicate overall results of business analyses to multiple levels of leadership across all mediums (written, oral, presentations).
Increase automation and scale of analytic resources over time.
Develop competitive performance/benchmarking structures and conduct comparative analyses.
Experienced Business Analyst with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similiar environment
Experienced developing analytic approaches to complex business problems. Ability to distil complex data/analyses in to understandable information and actions.
Demonstrated knowledge of modelling and forecasting techniques used to perform sales and marketing scenario analysis.
Ability to identify areas in the organization that require strengthening; looking at people, process, and platform.
Deep project and ongoing program management experience. Ability to identify required resources/team members, drive a sense of common purpose and shared goals/vision, and deliver results as an outcome of ongoing or time-bound work. Ability to do all of this across multiple simultaneous projects/programs of various complexity and scale.
Statistical modelling & analytic modelling experience. See connections and patterns between complex or unrelated pieces of data; create new concepts to explain situations, problems, or issues.
