Job Description

An exciting initial 6 month contract opportunity is available with a global engineering, technology service provider that accompanies leading organisations to guide them through their business.

An exciting initial 6 month contract opportunity is available with a global engineering, technology service provider that accompanies leading organisations to guide them through their business.

The preferred candidate will be an Agile Coach, with ideally previous exposure to multiple transformations in sizable change programs in environments moving from waterfall to agile ways of working.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Guide software development and IT teams in the adoption of the Agile mindset and facilitates performance of high-performing teams.
  • Understand the organisational journey from project centric to product centric delivery.
  • Provide thought leadership to leaders, Agile teams, and the Agile effort by driving continuous improvement, promoting best practices, and sharing industry trends.
  • Provide expertise in Lean and Agile principles, and serve as an Agile coach in technical or business elements
  • Foster an environment of successful delivery and continuous improvement using Agile as a strategic asset for business value generation to create impactful results using analysis, design, development, testing and management in an Agile environment.
  • Establish collaborative partnership with key stakeholders to ensure leadership buy-in across both Business and IT.

Skills, Attributes & Experience:

  • 3+ years experience working as an Agile Coach, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable, hands-on skills in launching and coaching self-organising teams
  • Facilitating technical discussions to agree successful outcomes and tackling complex problems
  • Guiding organisations in outcome-oriented evolutionary changes and transformations to support maturity growth and organisational robustness and re-invention
  • Driving endeavours to scale agility and amplify the benefits of lean-agile practices
