Title: PAGE ADMIN SUPPORT ANALYST (language requirement)

Level: Agent Level

Language: French / Polish / Italian / Arabic /German /Hebrew

The opportunity

Seeking to speak to bilingual candidates with a strong Customer Service background and a good understanding of social media campaigns and pages for an exciting role with a global tech organization.
The ideal candidate will be working closely with the Sales and Account Management departments as well as external clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality Customer Support up to the company standards and according to policies and procedures

  • Provide technical and troubleshooting support for all requests

  • Review requests from page administrators needing assistance

  • Ensure Policy Enforcement on all supported workflows.

  • Identifying trends of abuse that highlight gaps in policies

  • Review user generated content and decide whether it's compliant with policy

  • Update required applications & tools and keep SME and TL informed of new issues

  • Respond through email and chat in a timely manner

  • Meet targets and process SLAs / metrics - productivity and quality targets within the established timelines

  • Receive tickets/work on issues related to respective process

  • Raise/update CRM tool under required categories for issues identified and escalate to the SME / TL

  • Provide information, troubleshoot bugs and/or issues, update required applications & tools and keep SME and TL informed of new issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an discipline

  • Fluency in French / Polish / Italian / Arabic /German /Hebrew

  • Excellent communication skills in English

  • 1-2 years of Customer Support/ Technical Support/ Customer Service experience in an office environment

  • Experience with dealing with tool bugs

  • Keen eye for detail and great analytical skills

  • Appetite for research and gathering data insights
