Job Description

Tier 3 Support Engineer required for a global client in Cork. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with different software/hardware.

The company is a very well established technology company with a base in Cork.

What do you need?

  • Experience with SAAS
  • 5+ years working as a support engineer
  • Keen interest in technology
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ideally experience with hardware however not necessary
  • Experience working with AV technologies
  • Experience with Zoom or Skype

What will you be doing?

  • Working on escalations from Tier 2 engineers
  • Liaising with customers in order to solve tickets
  • Mentoring junior team members when necessary
  • Work on projects when there is downtime in support
  • Mostly working on cloud related tickets
