Morgan McKinley Business Support are currently hiring for several part time Customer Service Consultant roles for one of Irelands most reputable companies here in Cork.
Are you passionate about providing an excellent service to customers? Would you like some administrative work alongside Customer Service? How about working from home and on a part time basis?

This is a Hybrid role that will require you to be on site for the initial training period. The role is part time, with set working days from Monday through to Friday.
Location: Little Island
Duration: Permanent Role - 20-25 hours per week - Part time
What does the role entail?
- Answering a high volume of calls
- Dealing with customer queries
- Managing a busy email inbox
- Performing to meet KPI's
What do you need to have?
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong passion for problem solving and customer service
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Experience in Customer Service and resilience
