The Role:
As the Office Support Specialist, you will be the go-to person for administrative and operational support. You'll ensure the office environment runs like clockwork and provide essential assistance across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to management and team members
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and post, directing inquiries appropriately
- Maintain organised records, databases, and filing systems
- Assist with onboarding of new staff, including setup of IT and supplies
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and prepare agendas
- Support invoicing, expenses, and purchasing processes
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative, office coordinator, or support role
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy office environment
- Proactive mindset with a "can-do" attitude
- Experience with CRM or office management systems is a plus
