Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Digital Campaign Specialist will design, create, and deliver marketing campaigns to support expansion and growth across all parts of the business. The role will consist of developing, managing, and designing online advertising communications and ownership of all social channels. The desired candidate will be a digital all-rounder with experience developing and executing sizeable digital campaigns for large brands.

You will be required to;

  • Lead the planning and development of large-scale insight-led digital campaigns, defining key campaign objectives
  • Have a strong knowledge of key digital platforms, including but not exclusive to Facebook Network, Programmatic Display, YouTube, TiKTok and Twitter
  • Leverage sponsorship opportunities online to drive positive brand association
  • Understand tracking, measurement, pixel implementation and attribution. Ability to set KPIs to measure the success of digital campaigns and analyse the results of all campaigns and translate data into improvements
  • Have production experience, leading full shoots and managing them through to publication is an advantage but not essential
  • Develop and execute an annual Social Media Strategy which will build brand memorability online and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage all social calendars on a day to day basis - Including organic and paid social activity, including but not exclusive to scheduling, asset production, drafting of copy, approval and recording.
  • Implement the organic social calendar across all channels, including scheduling and manual posting as and when required. Ensure organic alignment with paid strategy
  • Educate and develop c-suite, building profiles of key business development Managers, specifically on LinkedIn channel
  • Work with the greater Marketing team, ensuring timely alignment of social activity across all workstreams.
  • Schedule activity including copywriting where required.
  • Manage and execute multiple campaigns at once across different platforms
  • Have deep industry knowledge of the digital landscape and an experience in strategic planning
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and online platforms. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Manage 3rd party digital, creative and media agencies, with stand-out skills in development of agency briefs and budget management

This is a key role, with a heavy weight of responsibility and the successful candidate will have;
