We have a new customer service representative role available within a company that is growing and looking to expand their team. In this role you will use your excellent interpersonal skills to handle customer or potential customer queries efficiently. You will be a first point of contact for a varied range of customers. An eagerness to learn and develop your skills is essential in this role as there are many opportunities to build your career within this company.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • The capacity to remain calm under intense pressure, be patient and attentive.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Good team working skills.
  • Basic Microsoft suite skills
