Job Description

This is a super opportunity for an experienced Brand Marketer to join this national wholesale distribution company as their Brand Manager.

Role: Brand Manager

Duration: Permanent

Location: Cork / Hybrid

Our client is looking for a Brand Manager to join their innovative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and evolution of a key brand. You will improve product sales and market share and create innovative industry leading marketing campaigns. You will monitor market trends and oversee advertising and marketing strategies to ensure the brand resonates with current and target customers whilst adhering to our Brand Guidelines.


  • Develop and implement the marketing strategy and plans to achieve brand performance goals.

  • Manage third party agencies/suppliers and the brand marketing budget and delivery of all marketing activity within the agreed budget.

  • Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.

  • Use data driven analytics for clearer decision making and optimisation of campaigns.

  • Develop compelling sales decks showcasing marketing activity, campaign analysis and market insights.

  • Responsible for monthly and quarterly reports on performance update, promotions and marketing campaigns.


  • 3-5 years 'experience working in a Marketing Department with specific insight on digital marketing, brand and communication campaign implementation.

  • Experienced with food, alcohol/beverage brands, FMCG, retail or stores is required.

  • Proven experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and /or display advertising campaigns and experience running paid advertisements across Google and all social media channels.

  • Excellent planning skills and the ability to take ownership for delivering results of outstanding quality.

  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design skills including ability to influence and present concepts verbally.

  • An analytical, strategic, problem solver with strong commercial orientation and customer engagement and proven ability to develop effective working relationships.
