The purpose of the HRIS Specialist is to support the HR team and the business to generate, analyse and present employee related data across functional areas on key Human Resources activities.

The purpose of the HRIS Specialist is to support the HR team and the business to generate, analyse and present employee related data across functional areas on key Human Resources activities.

A significant focus of the role will also be in the management, development and promotion of Compensation and Benefits plans and programs.

Duties -

  • Act as SME of the Cornerstone Talent Management portal, producing and/or updating dashboards, tasks and relevant reporting (automated and ad hoc) and bulk uploads (as per edge imports process).
  • Project member to assist in the implementation of the Talent Management portal modules (as relevant).
  • Leverage existing modules to simplify and automate HR processes.
  • Assist in the ongoing review, with relevant features and functionality updates and automations of existing modules in use. HRIS System administration (Reporting, QA, Analytics etc)
  • 100% accuracy of data input to HR Systems (including new hires to internal movers, performance, probation status to termination updates)
  • Compensation & Benefits (Tier 2) (Pension, Health Insurance, S&S, Cycle to work, Company Car)
  • Management of and periodically review existing employee benefits to ensure employees benefit information is complete and accurate.
  • Undertaking periodic compensation benchmarking.
  • Developing and implementing new, compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedure - ensuring all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation.
