Responsibilities
- Assist with daily support related to internal procedures on outsourcing engagement and third party management lifecycle
- Support the annual update of outsourcing engagement register and review business' deliverables to ensure compliance with the onboarding process and regulatory requirements
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert and provide guidance to business and sourcing department on the usage and requirements of the Firm's tol for assessing and managing third party risks
- Facilitate the production of third party metrics and key indicators for the Asia Third Party Governance Committee and business governance committees
- Contribute to review and update of procedures and policies to comply with regulatory requirements on Third Party risks and Outsourcing engagements
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Firm's operations, outsourcing environment, industry knowledge and regulatory changes in Asia
- Collaborate with the Asia Regional Lead and other function leads to ensure the global framework is embedded across Asia and to oversee the Firm's adherence with global and regional regulatory requirements and industry best practice
Requirements
- Relevant experience in global organizations, preferably in Banking or Financial Services organizations
- Experience with third party/ vendor risk management or operational risk
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong project management skills, including ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams with varied backgrounds and skills
- Proven ability to influence, train, motivate others and demonstrated ability to enforce accountability to drive results
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and proven ability to effectively interact with team members, clients, and peers
- Ability to work in a global team environment, building and maintaining a network of contacts and coordinating with a large number of stakeholders
- Experience in developing reports and summarizing metrics into meaningful information for senior management
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
