Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive PMO support to Project Managers, maintaining accurate project schedules, plans, and documentation (risks, issues, actions, decisions).
Manage project financials, including budget forecasting, raising funding requests, and tracking actuals vs. budget.
Prepare and distribute regular status reports, presentations, and meeting minutes for stakeholders and governance committees.
Ensure all projects adhere to the firm's Project Life Cycle standards and maintain high-quality, up-to-date records on SharePoint.
Support departmental activities such as financial analysis, budgeting, and communications, while coordinating with global and regional IT teams.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
4 to 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a project management or PMO capacity.
Experience supporting IT infrastructure projects (networking, voice, data center) is preferred
Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
Self-motivated team player capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
