Responsibilities
Coordinate IT equipment on/offboarding with HR and teams
Maintain IT asset inventory and conduct regular audits
Manage procurement lifecycle, vendor negotiations, and purchase tracking
Handle mobile phone bill reconciliation and IT expense tracking
Act as IT liaison across departments and support Service Desk Manager
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor's in IT/Business Admin
1-3 years admin/IT support experience in the insurance industry
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Basic IT hardware knowledge
Detail-oriented team player comfortable with occasional equipment handling
Immediate available is ideal
