Finance Officer (Accounts Payable), MNC

Requirements:

• Manage accounts payable including invoices, prepayments, accruals, and staff claims.
• Review and revamp the current reimbursement process to an automated workflow.
• Support month-end closing and budgeting for the HK entity, collaborating closely with the US finance staff.
• Assist in bridging gaps between US accounting systems and HK operations.
• (Optional) Review monthly payroll and coordinate with third-party agencies.
• (Optional) Handle corporate insurance matters.

Requirements:

• University Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• Solid experience in Accounts Payable.
• Proven experience collaborating with the US teams.
• Experience managing China offshore financial operations, manufacturing compliance, or payroll/employment structures is highly preferred.
• Smart, Flexible and Presentable.
• Fluent in spoken English and Cantonese is a must.
