Senior Sales Manager - Luxury Packaging & Premiums

Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities with brands across APAC and global markets
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and contract closing
- Develop and execute sales strategies and maintain a robust pipeline for the assigned target
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes involving brand managers, procurement, sustainability, and C-level executives
- Collaborate with the internal creative and R&D teams to develop proposals
- Provide accurate forecasting and maintain CRM hygiene (Salesforce or equivalent)
- Act as a trusted advisor and industry expert on luxury packaging trends, regulations and material innovation
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business related disciplines
- 12+ years of experience in sales and business development role, with selling high-end packaging, premium print/production, or creative design solutions to luxury brands
- Existing network of decision-makers
- Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and negotiation skills
- Willing to travel occasionally
- Excellent command in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
