Marketing Executive (Regional) - Digital (Content & Social Media)

Role Overview
The Marketing Executive will support regional digital marketing activities with a strong focus on social media and content. Working closely with internal marketing and business stakeholders, you will help plan, produce, and distribute relevant content to strengthen brand visibility, engage targeted audiences, and support regional marketing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Social media & content execution: Support the development and publishing of social media content (e.g., LinkedIn and other relevant channels), including captions, visuals, and scheduling.
- Content creation & coordination: Create or coordinate content for digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, messaging, and target audiences.
- Campaign support: Assist with digital campaign planning and execution, including coordinating timelines, assets, and approvals across stakeholders.
- Regional collaboration: Work with regional teams and subject-matter experts to gather insights, customer stories, product/application updates, and translate them into engaging content.
- Content performance tracking: Monitor and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, click-through, etc.), and recommend improvements.
- Brand consistency: Ensure all published content is accurate, compliant, and consistent with brand and corporate communications standards.
- Administrative support: Maintain marketing content calendars, asset libraries, and documentation to support smooth workflow.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience, with exposure to digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Strong writing skills in Chinese & English, with the ability to translate technical/industry information into clear, audience-friendly narratives.
- Hands-on experience with social media management (Line and Youtube) and content scheduling tools (e.g., native platform tools or social management platforms).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing performance measurement (KPIs) and willingness to learn analytics and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills, with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Experience supporting B2B marketing or industrial/engineering technology sectors.
- Experience in managing external media and design vendors
