Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing RM team. (Candidates with the ability to transition an existing team are highly preferred.)
Market Positioning: Target the "Affluent" and "High-Net-Worth" segments
Client Advisory: Deliver bespoke wealth management solutions and maintain deep relationships with a portfolio of HNW individuals.
Portfolio Growth: Drive AUM growth and manage the end-to-end client onboarding process for new-to-firm prospects.
Product Synergy: Collaborate with investment managers to digest market trends and lead the rollout of new financial products to the market.
Requirements:
Must hold SFC Type 1 & 4 licenses; Type 9 is a significant advantage.
At least 8 years of sales experience within a bank or securities firm. A proven track record in AUM growth and fundraising is essential.
Robust knowledge of Equities, Bonds, Structural Products, and Insurance.
Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).
Willingness to travel to Mainland China for business expansion.
