Proactive PM Back-up: Independently step in to assist the Project Manager with stakeholder management, requirement tracking, and change management activities as project demands increase.
System Delivery Support: Assist with data preparation, tracking system defects, and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) schedules.
Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in project administration, PMO support, or junior business analysis.
Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
System Exposure: Previous exposure to large-scale system implementations (e.g., SAP, ERP, HRIS, or Workforce Management solutions) is a distinct advantage.
Key Attributes: Highly independent, organized, and adaptable, with a strong desire to transition into broader project management responsibilities over time.
Language Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).
