Procurement Specialist

About the role:

An excellent opportunity to join an international banking group as a Procurement Specialist to support the full procurements life cycle and support global procurement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities
• Support spend analysis and optimization planning
• Lead sourcing activities, including RFx processes
• Support vendor selection and contract negotiations
• Ensure contract compliance with legal and company standards
• Manage vendor performance and risk monitoring
• Maintain procurement processes, tools, and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional and regional stakeholders

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant procurement or sourcing experience
• Background in indirect procurement practices
• Knowledge of project management principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with diverse, international stakeholders
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
