Office Assistant - Pantry Assistant - 茶水助理 25k

About the job
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning of all office areas, including work area, meeting rooms, pantry and other areas as needed.
- Empty all trash and recycling bins throughout the facility.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop hard floor surfaces.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, windowsills, and ledges, keep the relevant facilities clean and good maintenance.
- Clean glass surfaces, such as doors and windows, as needed.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they are fully stocked with soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues (e.g. leaky taps, broken furniture, burnt-out lights) to the manager.
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is always maintained.
Requirement:
- Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., office attendant, cleaner, housekeeper, or in hospitality) is essential, 4 stars or above hotel cleaning experience/knowledge is preferred .
- A friendly, helpful, and customer-service oriented personality.
- High level of flexibility, reliability, honesty, and trustworthiness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Good physical stamina to handle cleaning tasks (standing, bending, lifting light objects).
- A keen eye for detail and pride in a job well done.
