Responsibilities:
Capital Raising & Investor Relations
- Design and implement strategies to grow managed capital by attracting commitments from key investor categories including institutions, HNWIs, and family offices.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with stakeholders such as investment consultants, wealth advisors, limited partners, and financial intermediaries.
- Create persuasive investment materials including presentations, pitch decks, and regular performance updates.
- Oversee investor diligence processes and respond to information requests.
- Track fundraising metrics and provide timely insights to executive leadership.
AI Solutions Sales
- Identify target companies that can benefit from AI-driven platforms and services such as intelligent automation, natural language processing tools, predictive analytics, and custom LLM deployments.
- Work closely with technical experts to tailor AI offerings to specific business requirements and industry use cases.
- Manage the full sales cycle-from opportunity identification and proposal drafting to contract negotiation and closure.
- Keep abreast of the latest in AI innovation and translate these developments into commercially viable opportunities for clients.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing success for clients post-sale.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or Computer Science.
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in capital raising, institutional sales, or enterprise solution selling.
- Demonstrated success in either securing investor capital or closing complex B2B technology sales.
- Strong familiarity with financial instruments, investment strategies, and AI/ML technologies.
- Skilled in communication, client engagement, and delivering high-impact presentations.
- Comfortable operating autonomously as well as collaboratively in a fast-evolving environment.
- Existing network of investors, treasury professionals, or enterprise technology buyers.
- Exposure to sectors such as fund management, fintech, AI platforms, or trading technologies.
- Multilingual capabilities are a strong asset.
