About the job
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers at the service center, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Provide product knowledge to build trust and understanding with customers.
- Share customer feedback and product experiences with management for continuous improvement.
- Follow up on customer requests to ensure services are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update service systems and customer databases.
- Monitor service processes to ensure timely completion and communication.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure information is delivered and updated promptly.
- Update systems and relay information to relevant departments to ensure timely follow-up on service updates.
Requirements:
- Minumum 2 years of working experience in the customer service field, ideally from avaiation, hospitality and luxury retail background
- Fluent in English, MandariN
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries or complaints
