Define and deliver Marketing strategies for the company that are well-aligned to key business priorities
Work closely with business teams to identify key client target segments and prioritise insights, strategies, and activities to drive improved business outcomes and client experience
Work with Regional Marketing and Customer Experience teams, implement the company's Customer Experience Listening and Measurement architecture
Provide direction and oversee the development of medium to long-term roadmap and end-to-end to drive better client and business outcomes
Establish sound marketing leadership practices across the Hong Kong Marketing and Customer Experience teams
Build and maintain strong collaborative relationship with various business teams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
Minimum of 15 years of experience with a strong focus on digital marketing
Relevant experience from the Insurance industry is mandatory
Relevant experience regarding MCV/MCI
Excellent command of English and Chinese
Proven leadership skills and experience
