Develop, implement, and continuously refine the overall investor relations strategy and annual IR plan aligned with corporate objectives.
Manage relationships with institutional investors, sell-side and buy-side analysts, shareholders, and potential investors.
Prepare IR related materials including earnings releases, financial presentations, annual and interim reports, investor presentations, roadshow materials, and other IR-related disclosures in compliance with applicable listing rules and regulations.
Manage IR-related events, conferences, and third-party IR agency relationships where applicable.
Oversee the investor relations section of the corporate website and other digital channels.
Organize and lead earnings calls, investor meetings, non-deal roadshows, conferences, and one-on-one meetings with existing and prospective investors.
Monitor market sentiment, analyst reports, and shareholder composition; provide regular feedback and insights to senior management and the Board.
Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and senior leadership to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely communication of financial and strategic information.
Support capital-raising activities, including equity or debt issuances, and assist in valuation analysis
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
8-12 years of progressive experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or capital markets.
Experience in the digital assets, blockchain, virtual assets, or broader fintech sector is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of capital markets, financial reporting standards, listing rules (e.g., HKEX or equivalent), and disclosure requirements.
Proven track record of building relationships with institutional investors and analysts, and successfully managing earnings communications and investor events.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
