Assisting senior colleagues in identifying and leading the evaluation of new investment opportunities
Taking responsibility for operational tasks during deal execution
Preparing and presenting investment cases to internal stakeholders
Developing advanced financial models and conducting detailed financial analyses
Supporting negotiations, structuring deals, and leading due diligence, valuation, and underwriting activities
Assisting in drafting term sheets and documentation for deal structuring
Monitoring and reporting on financial and operational performance, presenting findings to stakeholders
Conducting valuations and supporting the development of monetization or exit strategies for assets
Preparing reports for committees, asset reviews, and updates for clients or investors
Requirements:
Bachelor's or above degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field
At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in top-tier investment banking, management consulting, or private equity, with expertise in financial modeling, valuation, asset management, or strategy
Expertise in corporate finance, valuation, and building advanced financial models
Proven ability to identify and generate investment opportunities through industry networks
Capable of managing smaller transactions independently and contributing to larger, complex deals, including negotiation support
Skilled in analyzing data to develop clear recommendations and solutions
Proficient in preparing and delivering investment memos and updates to senior stakeholders
Strong risk assessment and mitigation planning abilities
Proficient in both English and Chinese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
